Dennis Splain is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anbessa Mundus, LLC, an SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
A U.S. Army veteran with 21 years of honorable service, Mr. Splain brings firsthand operational experience, disciplined leadership, and a deep understanding of mission requirements to every contract engagement. His background provides critical insight into the performance expectations, accountability standards, and execution demands required in defense environments.
With extensive experience in logistics management and federal contracting, Mr. Splain establishes the company’s strategic direction, oversees contract execution, and ensures strict adherence to quality, reliability, and security standards.
